Common questions
How do I plan a trip with friends?
Create a trip, then share the invite link from the trip screen. Anyone with the link can join and see the itinerary update in real time.
How does splitting the bill work?
Add shared expenses during your trip and mark who paid. Canvel keeps a running balance so everyone knows who owes whom when you get home.
How do I report a problem or another user?
You can report objectionable content or block a user directly in the app. We review reports and act on them, typically within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
