Delete your account

You can delete your Canvel account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Here's how.

Delete from within the app

Open Canvel and go to the Account tab.
Tap Privacy & security.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your trips and itineraries, your saved items, and your expense records from your account. This action cannot be undone.

Prefer we do it for you?

Email us from your account's email address at privacy@canvel.app with the subject “Delete my account”, and we'll process your request and confirm when it's complete.

What is deleted

Your account profile (name, email, photo).
Trips, itineraries, notes, and expenses tied to your account.
Saved and liked items.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse. Content you shared into a group trip owned by another user may remain part of that trip; contact us if you need it removed.
